What are Bubs Bones made of?
Our smoked marrow bones have one ingredient: beef marrow bone. We slow-smoke them in small batches in Oregon with no added flavors, preservatives or fillers.
Which size should I choose?
Use these ranges as a starting point:
- Small: approximately 2 inches — dogs under 20 lb
- Medium: approximately 4 inches — dogs 20–60 lb
- Large: approximately 6–8 inches — dogs 60+ lb

How quickly will my order ship?
Orders ship within 48 hours from Oregon. After shipment, carrier transit time varies by destination. Qualifying U.S. orders of $50 or more receive free standard shipping.
How long will a bone last?
Chew time varies widely by dog, bone size and chewing style, so we do not promise a set number of hours or days. Check the bone throughout each session and remove it if it cracks, develops sharp edges or becomes small enough to swallow.
Can hard bones damage teeth?
Yes. Hard bones can damage teeth and may break into pieces. Ask your veterinarian whether a hard bone is appropriate for your dog, especially for puppies or dogs with dental concerns. Always supervise chewing and discard loose pieces.
Are Bubs Bones appropriate for puppies or dogs with sensitive stomachs?
Ask your veterinarian before offering a hard bone to a puppy or a dog with dental or digestive concerns. Age and weight alone do not determine whether a hard bone is appropriate.
Do the bones smell or make a mess?
Our bones have a smoked beef aroma, and the scent can vary because each bone is a natural product. Natural bones may also leave some residue, so we recommend offering them on a washable surface.
How should I store the bones?
Keep unused bones in a cool, dry place away from moisture. Between supervised chewing sessions, keep the bone dry and discard it if it becomes damp, develops mold or otherwise appears spoiled.
Do you offer bundles or subscriptions?
