Shipping policy

Order preparation

Orders ship within 48 hours after payment. Our beef marrow bones are smoked weekly in small batches in Oregon. We will contact you if an order needs additional time.

Delivery estimates

For orders within the United States, allow approximately 5–8 business days in transit after shipment. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by your location, weather, holidays or carrier delays.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $50 or more. Orders below $50 have the shipping charge displayed at checkout.

Tracking and addresses

We will email tracking information when your order ships. Check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly if it needs correction. Changes may not be possible once an order ships.

Other destinations

Available delivery destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. The U.S. delivery estimates above do not apply to international shipments. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery problems

If your package is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact adamsfamilyboneyard@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. See our return and refund policy for details.
